Business Housing Mobilization (#ElverinEvyapalim)
 We experienced two major earthquakes in Kahramanmaraş, we lost more than 50 thousand lives. Hundreds of thousands of homes were destroyed and rendered unusable. We wish God's mercy on our citizens who lost their lives, a speedy recovery to our wounded, and patience for their relatives. Thank you to our nation.
 As in every national issue, we mobilized rapidly as TOBB and the Chamber/Exchange community after this earthquake. As the Turkish business world, you have mobilized your own resources and opportunities to meet the needs of the victims in the earthquake region, and you have not left our citizens alone. On behalf of the business world of our country, we would like to express our gratitude for all the help you provided for the earthquake region in the spirit of solidarity and mobilization, and for your support to our citizens who were affected by the earthquake.
As of today, the greatest need in the earthquake region is to provide permanent and safe housing to the earthquake victims.
 In this context, our Union President, Mr. It was announced that the "Business World Housing Mobilization Campaign" was launched upon the call of M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu. With the campaign, as Business World, it is aimed to build earthquake-resistant and safe houses in our cities in the disaster area.
Within the scope of the campaign, all expenditures and investments in TOBB and our subsidiaries, except the obligatory ones, were stopped, and all our resources were mobilized for this good cause. The campaign was initiated by the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey and its Affiliates, with a cash contribution of 1 billion TL.
In this context, the details of the campaign are presented to your attention below:
Donation Rules:
• Philanthropists will be able to donate any amount they want.
• It will be possible to receive donations via virtual POS and credit cards.
• The donations deposited in the accounts (donor information and donation amount) will be published on the campaign website on a daily basis.

• The entire donation amount can be deducted from the tax base.
• Campaign accounts will be open until 1 July.
Construction and Tenders:
• Regions where housing will be built will be determined by the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change.
• Land allocation and infrastructures will be carried out by the Ministry.
• Housing construction tenders will be held by our Association.
• Building inspections will be carried out by TOKİ.
• The houses to be built will be 105 m2 and 3+1 rooms in the TOKİ model.
• Each block will consist of 20 flats.
• After the constructions are completed, it will be delivered to the earthquake victims by drawing lots.
• The construction cost of a flat is expected to be around 1.3 million TL, excluding infrastructure and social facilities.
• In case the neighborhood, site, block or flat price is donated, the name desired by the donor will be given to the relevant section.
