What is the Definition and Scope of Construction Equipment?
Used in construction machinery, road construction, agriculture, industry, public works and national defense services; various equipment is mounted on it according to the business purpose; They are motor vehicles that cannot be used to transport people, animals or cargo on the road.

Which are the Authorized Organizations to Register Construction Machinery?
1. Those belonging to public institutions, by the relevant institutions,
2. From those belonging to natural and legal persons;
a) Those used in the agricultural sector by the agriculture chambers,
b) Those used in industry, public works and other sectors, excluding those used in the agricultural sector, are registered by the Chambers of Commerce, Industry or Commerce and Industry of which they are members.

How are the sales and transfers of the construction equipment made?
Pursuant to Article 36 of the Highway Traffic Regulation, sales and transfer of vehicles must be made through a notary public. All sales and transfers made outside of this are void.
Those who purchase or transfer registered vehicles with notary deed must apply to the relevant registration authority, register these vehicles and obtain a registration certificate in their name.

What are the Documents for Issuing the Construction Machinery Registration Certificate?
Documents required to be submitted by companies or persons applying for a registration document:

1. For vehicles to be registered for the first time;
A petition addressed to the Acıpayam Chamber of Commerce and requesting the registration of the construction machinery
Invoice (Original and photocopy)
If the construction equipment is imported, in addition to the invoice, the customs entry declaration and the receipt showing that the customs duty has been paid
Residence Certificate of the vehicle owner (for individuals),
Power of Attorney (if the natural or legal person will not follow their own affairs),
Technical document (To be filled in the Technical Document Filling screen at the https://imbs.tobb.org.tr/ web address. )
– 610,00.-TL as room fee. Acıpayam is deposited at the Chamber of Commerce cashier.

For second hand vehicles;

A petition addressed to the Acıpayam Chamber of Commerce and requesting the registration of the construction equipment,
The original notary sales contract,
Construction Machinery Registration Certificate belonging to the seller company canceled by the notary public,
Photocopy of identity card of the vehicle owner (for individuals),
Power of Attorney (if the natural or legal person will not follow their own affairs),
610,00.-TL as room fee. Acıpayam is deposited to the Chamber of Commerce cashier.
A certificate of ownership to be obtained from the court in case the above-mentioned documents cannot be submitted.
(Original or notarized copy of the above-mentioned ownership documents will be submitted)

3. Certificate of Inheritance.

A petition addressed to the Acıpayam Chamber of Commerce and requesting the registration of the construction equipment,
The original of the certificate of inheritance,
Residence document of the vehicle owner (for individuals),
Photocopy of identity card of the vehicle owner (for individuals),
Power of Attorney (if the natural or legal person will not follow their own affairs),
610,00.-TL as room fee. Acıpayam is deposited to the Chamber of Commerce cashier.
4. Pledge Commentary
a. Pledge Processing.

A petition addressed to the Acıpayam Chamber of Commerce and requesting that a Pledge annotation be processed on the construction machine,
The original of the Pledge Agreement,
Registration Certificate,
Photocopy of the circular of signature of both parties (will belong to the pledger and the buyer),
Power of Attorney (if the natural or legal person will not follow their own affairs),
b. Pledge Removal.

A petition addressed to the Acıpayam Chamber of Commerce and requesting the removal of the Pledge annotation processed on the construction equipment,
Notarized pledge removal (release) letter from the hostage party,
Construction Machinery Registration Certificate,
5. Loss Transaction.

A petition addressed to the Acıpayam Chamber of Commerce and requesting the renewal of the registration certificate of the construction equipment as lost,
Original Newspaper Ad. (A lost notice is given to any newspaper with the vehicle license plate No. and the card serial No of the lost Registration Certificate, the title of the vehicle owner's company.),
Minutes taken from the police station for Stolen Construction Machinery Registration Documents,
Power of Attorney (If the natural or legal person will not follow their own affairs)

6.Renewal of Registration Certificate.

A petition addressed to the Acıpayam Chamber of Commerce and requesting the renewal of the construction equipment registration certificate (The defect of the old registration certificate will be indicated),
Old machine registration certificate,
Power of Attorney (If the natural or legal person will not follow their own affairs)
210.00.-TL as room fee. Acıpayam is deposited to the Chamber of Commerce cashier.
7. Change of Title

A petition addressed to the Acıpayam Chamber of Commerce and requesting the renewal of the construction equipment registration certificate according to the new title of the company,
Old Construction Machinery Registration Certificate,
Photocopy of the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette (Title change declaration newspaper),
Power of Attorney (if the legal person will not follow his own affairs),
210.00.-TL as room fee. Acıpayam is deposited in advance at the Chamber of Commerce cashier.
8.Company Merger

A petition addressed to Acıpayam Chamber of Commerce and requesting that the construction equipment registration certificate be registered according to the new title of the Company,
