The validity period of the capacity report is 2 years. Where is the Capacity Report Used? The first application is made by filling the web application form from the "capacity report" section on the website of Acıpayam Chamber of Commerce. What Are the Documents Required in the Capacity Report Application Form? 1. Signature Circular (for companies) or Signature Statement (for individuals) showing the persons authorized to represent, 2. If the workplace of the workshop is leased, the lease contract; If it belongs to the company, a photocopy of the title deed, 3. SSI Service List and Accrual Receipt of the last month (the address on the accrual slip will be the factory address) or SSI Worker Entry Declarations for companies that have just started production, 4. A photocopy of the Tax Plate, 5. Fixture list showing the financial values ​​of machinery and equipment used in production at the workplace and approved by the company's financial advisor, MACHINE EQUIPMENT LIST FORM 6.
